The prices include: VAT, parking place, storage for bikes and skis, bed linen, towels with midweek change, kitchen linen, WI-FI connection and final cleaning.
To the indicated prices will be added the local tourist tax of euro 2.30 per person per day (over 14 years).
The booking is considered binding only after the payment of the deposit. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation policy:
•up to 30 days before arrival: deposit will be retained as cancellation fee
•from 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged
•from 14 to 3 days before arrival: 80% of the total price will be charged
•less than 3 days before arrival or no show: 100% of the total price will be charged.
To settle the final bill, you can use cash, bank transfer and bank cheques. Credit and debit cards are not accepted. In case of payment by bank transfer or by bank cheque, we kindly ask you to provide payment upon arrival. In case of late arrival or early departure, the total price of the reservation will be billed.
The apartment is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival until 9.30 a.m. on the day of departure.
We kindly ask our guests to leave the apartment, upon their departure, clean and tidy.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
